Adopted Dogs

Tommy

Tommy has found a home with a good man who can teach him about confidence!

Tommy is an Australian Cattle Dog in trouble. He is about two years old and has been abandoned. This is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. He loves everyone but is all by himself. He needs someone to love and care for, someone who will teach him his place in the world, someone to depend on. Can you rescue this boy?

Riley

Riley has found a wonderful home!
She has an older brother that she loves to play with and two parents who appreciate her and all her quirks, affection and sense of humor.

Location: Boulder, CO

Breed: Australian Shepherd / Australian Cattle Dog mix with maybe some Border Collie thrown in.

Riley is a lovely spayed female mixed herding breed dog. She is approximately 4 months old, sharp as a whip and very people oriented. She is extremely athletic and would make a good agility dog.

She hates to be separated from her people and needs someone who can spend a lot of time with her. She is a sensitive little girl, somewhat fearful of strangers and strange dogs. It usually only takes a few minutes to for her to gets used to someone new and once she does she wants your attention and affection.

This is a very high energy pup that's not had the best start in life. She is doing visibly better day by day but will need a home with someone who is willing to continue with her socialization. She loves our three dogs and spends a lot of time playing with them.

ACD needs home

Location: San Antonio TX

Breed: Australian Cattle Dog

Charlie is aprox.18 months old and is fully intact. He is current on all his shots (rabies included with tag) I have the vet records for any new owner. He is heartworm negative and is on preventative. He has NO medical issue and is extremely alert and intelligent.

Like all great cattle dogs he is fiercely loyal and a bit protective. He needs a home with room to run and older children, though he was good with my 4 year old and 8 month old. He gets along well with my dog and is ok with others as long as they are not dominant.

I found him roaming the streets and even though he eats 8 cups a day he's still about 15 lbs under wight. He has been beat and needs a home that can be gentle yet firm with him. He will run up and sit to be petted, and once he trusts you he will give his belly for a good rub.

Charlie has been adopted!

No thanks to our courtesy listing, the wonderful folks who found and nursed Charlie to health have found him a permanent home. We celebrate with them!
